THE SETTING & THE HOUSE

Then look at each floor.

The builder’s community photographs show the pool, clubhouse and courts around the lake. Use them to understand the setting; they do not show an individual available home or establish a homesite’s view.

Both advertised plans have two stories and a two-car garage. Ellenton lists four bedrooms and 2.5 baths; Coral lists five bedrooms and four baths. Their room arrangements matter more than the extra square footage alone.

Ask for the current association documents, included features and a completion schedule tied to the exact lot. The builder pages give conflicting gated-status descriptions, so that feature is left unspecified here.

The representative Coral diagram shows a bedroom and bath on the first floor alongside a flex room, with four further bedrooms upstairs. That is a useful distinction from Ellenton when comparing who uses each floor. Generic plan copy mentions a loft, but this five-bedroom sheet does not label a separate loft.
